Mr Mloyiswa is the Founder and Managing Member of SHUMBA ENGINEERING SERVICES. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 16 years in planning, conceptualisation, design, procurement and documentation, contract administration, project management, and programme management of infrastructure.
He is a distinguished entrepreneur and engineering mentor. He has excelled in various Senior Executive positions as Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer and General Manager Infrastructure Development and General Manager Housing Project Management in both the private and public sector.
